Years of experience in the foundry industry have led to the core shooters we have developed meeting the high demands of the foundry industry in terms of robust mechanical engineering. Our core shooters can be used for the production of all common cold and hot-hardening processes. Furthermore, our machines have a modular design and can therefore be configured according to customer requirements. We also develop special machines together with our customers to meet specific requirements.

 

 

Series C1 – the universal one

The C1 series is "the" Lüber core shooter that has been continuously developed since the prototype was presented in 2011. The guide systems are robust and uniform. The design of the core shooters is ergonomic in terms of production and maintenance as well as cleaning. The highest priority is given to the safety of the operating personnel - vertically moving masses (shooting unit, gassing unit, upper section and pressure cylinder) are locked in the appropriate position before personnel access the machine. Our core shooting machines do not require special foundations or pits.

 

The C1 series machines can be equipped with a variety of special functions: shoot plate cleaning station, automatic shoot screen changer, rotating of core box top part, automatic corebox changer and many other options.

Series CL - the simple one

Based on the C1 series, the functions of this machine type have been reduced to the essentials. This enables us to offer an attractively priced variant that allows you to rely on Lüber quality even with a lower investment.

Series C2 - the compact one

The C2 series machines are designed with a lifting table and are intended for small corebox sizes. The proven basic principle of the movable shooting head has also been implemented in this series - the shoot head can be cleaned and the sand replaced even when the corebox is mounted. The control cabinet and hydraulic unit are integrated into the machine frame, which reduces the space required in the core shop to a minimum.
